[edit] Articles on users
Ok, question for everyone: Should articles like Keith's be moved to User_talk: space and have the space reserved for a more encyclopedic article, or should we allow this?

- + I think it should be moved to User: and not User_talk: like mine. Allow redirection. - The-Excel 01:41, 30 January 2008 (CST)
- + These pages should be moved to the User namespace. I was going to suggest something like this when I started seeing these pages in the mainspace.--Coredesat 03:15, 30 January 2008 (CST)
- - Ranatalus 09:21, 30 January 2008 (CST) Exactly what sort of "encyclopedic" article could be written on Keith?
- Well, whether they're "encyclopedic" or not, profile-type pages shouldn't be in the namespace. That's what the User namespace is for. --Coredesat 04:39, 31 January 2008 (CST)
- On top of that, some encyclopedic content could be written about how Keith has contributed to Bemanistyle, how he has participated in the community by attending cons, etc. Phuzion 20:55, 5 February 2008 (CST)
- + I also agree that it should be to user and not user_talk. OrangeRight 22:59, 7 February 2008 (CST)
- I believe you are misunderstanding this. We are talking about moving non-encyclopedic articles about users to userspace from mainspace, not user_talk space to userspace. Phuzion 08:27, 14 February 2008 (CST)
- I know. The suggestion said move those particular articles from main to user_talk:. I feel that moving them to user: would make more sense. OrangeRight 22:54, 15 February 2008 (CST)
